This page is dedicated to my favorite set of OCs: my fanclones!

Some talk about my thought process and things about them
I thought it would be a fun way to expand upon my interests, so I made a bunch of OCs for the Clone High universe of entertainers and music artists I like (some more than others). I also love other people's fanclones so much I just had to make my own
Some of them stray closer or farther from the original counterparts (some of them might be similar personality-wise in some ways or they might be more inspired by their music) Some of them may be extremely divergent from them as well.
References to the originals are sprinkled amongst their bios. The chances of noticing how they resemble the real ones depend on how much one may know about them - I haven’t clarified what parts are references (but it’s cool if you catch on to any!!)
I have a bunch of random information on these celebs I gotta utilize it somehow!
But in general I also made them with the idea that it would be funny as well to keep up with the premise of the show, I just like satirical content in general
☆ I like to think of them to be more like peculiar high school students that are based off of the originals to some extent and don’t necessarily have to be extremely attached to the CH universe and they're more like their own thing if that makes any sense at all (this is also why I like referring to them as just 'fanclones' more often than not)
I'd say that I'm just a lot more interested in them than the actual show
So in sum, I made them partially to geek out and mostly to have fun
Origin
When watching CH S1 and seeing the Gene Kelly and Marilyn Monroe clones in the show I thought, “Wouldn’t it be funny if there were clones of Martin & Lewis?” And I realized it could totally be plausible, and that’s how they came to be
Initially, I was only planning to make the two of them but I came up with ideas for other clones. So now I have a fairly full roster of them
I have not watched seasons 2 or 3 (and I don’t really plan to), but have seen snippets of it here and there. During the manifestation of my first gen fanclones in my mind, I was thinking of how funny it would be if there was a second gen clone of Eminem, and boom, a few more fanclones came to be
During June 2025 and after months of being busy, I was finally able to put my ideas to paper - or rather the digital screen - and actually start designing and drawing them.
As of now they are still being worked on

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
These OCs mean no harm or disrespect to their originals. While some of their aspects of them may be satirical, I made them purely because I enjoy their work and find them to be interesting people - all of them are by all means made out of admiration, and if not, genuine interest
These characters are not meant to reflect the exact likeness or ideals of the originals. While they do of course resemble them in multiple ways, they are their own beings
Regarding some of them:
Being an enjoyer of the real figures also means that I am aware of the unpleasant things some of them have done, which I do not condone or stand by. I also wish to stress that I do not want to disregard those wrongdoings with the existence of these characters

First-gen
(clones of mid-20th century entertainers, which include Old Hollywood actors and 50s-60s singers)
ㆍJerry Lewis, Dean Martin, Matt Monro, Peggy Lee, Lesley Gore, Frank Ifield, Andy Williams, Bobby Darin, Tony Curtis
(animal clones)
ㆍMister Ed, Harry Hare
Second-gen
(For my second generation (CH S2) clones, I derived them from more modern music artists; 80s & prominent in the 2000s)
ㆍRick Astley, Britney Spears, Eminem

I refer to them collectively as “*CLONE”
More or less, *CLONE is kind of its own thing - a fanseries of sorts. It's like a spin-off to the show that its concept is based around (Clone High). I see them as more than just fancharacters - they’ve very much derived from the concept of the show, but when getting more in depth, they’re loosely connected to it.
Besides being a sort of passion project to channel creative energy into, I also want it to serve as a way to improve my abilities in multiple creative areas. This includes the likes of improving my own art, writing (both character and narrative wise), stylization, etc. I have a lot of ambition with it, but unfortunately not enough time, so I try to do whatever I can with it. None of this is all too serious nor is it to be taken super serious. This is more like something I can just have fun with.
Specifically referring to my 1st generation clones, the creation of these characters is more rooted in my interest in the real life figures rather than the show itself. Other than what I have already addressed in ‘Acknowledgements’ and in other statements regarding my interest in the real ones, I take it upon myself to learn about them (some a little more than others). It’s knowledge I voluntarily intend to gain out of curiosity, and another reason I’m interested in them besides their music, media, and work. Once again, I find it fascinating to learn about them as people. Of course, I’m a bit far from knowing everything - it’s a learning experience and having it at the same time as these characters makes it even more intriguing. When it comes to references, I love sprinkling those in - whether be things like similar traits and whatnot. It's often not stated what things are references.
Once again, they are very dear to me ♡
